Mode Revolution Partners

Mode Revolution sells products from “Mode Revolution Partners”. Mode Revolution Partners are third party vendors from around the world that form part of our community of conscious designers and labels. Each Mode Revolution Partner has its own processing times, shipping methods, and shop policies.

Mode Revolution will share personal, non-payment information from clients with Mode Revolution Partners.

If a product is shipped directly by a Mode Revolution Partner, it is mentioned in the product page.

MODE REVOLUTION Label

Mode Revolution also sells MODE REVOLUTION designs and products from other labels where the orders are fulfilled directly by us.

If a product is shipped directly by Mode Revolution, it is mentioned in the product page.

Made to Order

Some products offered on Mode Revolution, usually by a Mode Revolution Partner are produced on a Made to Order basis. This is stated in the title of the product and within the description. Made to Order goods will be shipped according to the policies of the Mode Revolution Partner included on the product page.

There are no refunds on Made to Order items unless the Mode Revolution Partner states otherwise.

Shipping Policies

Mode Revolution Partners

You are subject to the shipping times and policies of each Mode Revolution Partner. This implies that items from different vendors will be shipped separately and each package will have a separate tracking number.

We make an effort to work with vendors that ship to all over the world, based on the regulations of each country. If a product cannot be shipped to a certain country, we will include this on the product page or we will notify you after the order is placed.

The shipping policies of each vendor are included on the product page.

MODE REVOLUTION Label

Products shipped directly by Mode Revolution will be shipped to US addresses using US Ground shipping.  Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete Orders will typically arrive in 5 – 7 business days (not including holidays).

If you require expedited shipping, please email team@moderevolution.com. The shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly.

We work with a variety of carriers for international shipments including DHL, UPS and USPS.

Shipping Rates

The shipping costs are flat rate:

  • US Shipping on orders on or above $49: FREE
  • US Shipping on orders below $49: $7.50
  • International shipping: $30 (Please read note on Duties and Taxes)

Shipping rates may need to be adjusted if the order exceeds a certain weight. We will notify you prior to shipping and await your confirmation before adjusting the order.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

Mode Revolution Partners

You are subject to the returns and exchanges policies of each Mode Revolution Partner. This implies that items from different vendors will need to be returned separately.

MODE REVOLUTION Label

Products sold directly by Mode Revolution can be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided the items are unused, unworn and have their original tags attached.

Shipments of returned items must include a tracking number.

International customers will be responsible for all documentation, shipping charges and custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border with the return of the product. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for refund or exchange to be processed.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to team@moderevolution.com with the order number and the items you’d like to exchange or return.

Items from different vendors will need to be returned separately, as indicated.

If you are returning an item from a Mode Revolution Partner, we may at some point contact you directly with them.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
